We live in Framingham, which is about an hour away, but we found that they had a vehicle with everything we wanted on the internet, so we made a visit. The website had a comprehensive set of pictures that showed that it had the features we wanted and that it was in good condition. I contacted the dealership and got a call right away from Jim Fauci. He confirmed that it was available and so we arranged an appointment. Upon arrival we saw that Jim had brought the car up front and he was very helpful in showing us the car and taking us for a test drive. Jim was very kind and considerate of my two daughters, ages 8 and 10, that had come with me to see the car and he did not pressure me or try to talk me into anything. We negotiated a fair price for the car and my trade in and completed the purchase. I have no reservations recommending York Ford or Jim Fauci to others and will shop there again in the future. More

York Ford I have been searching for months for the right car and deal on a 2014 Ford Shelby GT500. I live in Long Island, New York and York Ford in Saugus, MA i I have been searching for months for the right car and deal on a 2014 Ford Shelby GT500. I live in Long Island, New York and York Ford in Saugus, MA is a good 230 miles away from me, which is about a 4 hour ride. I searched every dealer from within a few miles away, and up to 250 miles away and as soon as I saw York Fords listing of their black 2014 Shelby GT500, optioned out EXACTLY as I would have ordered it from the factory myself, AND with an internet price that was already below sticker, I had to give them a call, even though I had already put down a deposit with another dealership for a similar car. When I called, Jim Fauci picked up the phone, (who's desk happened to be right next to the Shelby). Within 20 minutes, we struck a deal, and I placed a deposit with them for the car and had to ask for my deposit back from the other dealership. As soon as I started talking with Jim, I immediately got a great impression of him and what dealing with him for the next couple of weeks to purchase my car was going to be like. He is BY FAR, the friendliest and most personable salesman I have ever spoken to! Jim kept me in the loop throughout the whole purchasing process, which was a bit more complicated than your average car purchase since I'm from out of state and neither of our states allow for temporary tags. It was a 2 week journey of overnighting paperwork back and forth, bringing in my trade in for them to check out, registering and insuring the car before pick up, etc. Jim kept me in the loop the entire time. He literally texted AND called me nearly every single day of those 2 weeks to keep me informed of the progress and what the next step was going to require. Not once during that 2 week process did Jim ever loose interest or his warmth, friendliness, and great sense of humor, and believe me, the process wasn't quick or easy for him. He worked his tail off to get me in that Shelby as fast as possible. This whole experience could of potentially been a nightmare with a lesser dealership or a lesser salesman. Jim Fauci was such a pleasure to work with, I was honestly a bit choked up when it was all over and the time came to pick up my car. Cheryl also worked very hard to get the loan sorted out in a timely manner and herself was extremely friendly, pleasant, warm and motherly (haha). Jim, Cheryl and the whole York Ford staff made me feel so comfortable and so welcomed, I felt like I knew these guys for years while I just met them. Never have I experienced such a level of friendliness, enthusiasm and professionalism from a salesman or dealership ever before. If I could rate my experience with them higher than "completely satisfied," I would. I just wish I lived closer to York Ford so I would be able to deal with them for my future car needs. So to conclude, Jim Fauci and the entire York Ford team get my absolute highest praise and recommendation I could possibly give. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Jim and the entire York Ford team an 11. I couldn't recommend them more highly. If your in the market for a Ford, I would HIGHLY encourage you to pay a visit to York Ford. Even if they aren't your most local dealer, the treatment and warmth you will receive is definitely worth the extended trip.
