My wife and I were treated respectfully, not rushed, given good explanations to all our questions. I was shown a vehicle that was two years old, very little mileage, and I concluded---a very good deal. It would have been in the dealership's interest to sell me a new car, I assume. But they gave me the deal that was best for me. While I was waiting, I observed the other customers being treated with courtesy, patience, and most of all, no pressure. I do have to say that chrisine in the service dept. is by far the best you have I only will work with her. She does her job above and beyond. You are lucky to have her on your time. BROUGHT MY 2006 FUSION IN FOR ENGINE NOISE AFTER CONSULTING WITH KEN MARSHALL SEVICE MGR THEY RESCHELDULED ME FOR A FORD REP TO INSPECT FROM THAT POINT OF TIME THEY HAD IT INSPECTED ,ORDERED THE CONSULTING WITH KEN MARSHALL SEVICE MGR THEY RESCHELDULED ME FOR A FORD REP TO INSPECT FROM THAT POINT OF TIME THEY HAD IT INSPECTED ,ORDERED THE ENGINE ,REMOVE & REPLCED THE ENGINE WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AND THEY GOT ME A RENTAL FOR 10 DAYS AND HAD ME BACK IN MY CAR FOR LESS THAN $150.00 INCLUDING THE DEDUCTABLE FOR FORD WITCH WAS $100.00 FOR ENIGINE .SO FOR EVERYONE WHO IS AFRAID OF THIS BEING THIER BIGGEST NIGHTMARE WHEN BUYING A CAR THEY MADE IT LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED THANKS More
