John is the best!! My husband and I just moved from Hong Kong to Boston a year ago. For both of us, it's our first time to purchase a car in the states. He was very patient and helpful. He helped us to work out a very good deal. After we bought the car, John explained everything about the car in detail and made sure that you didn't have any other questions before we left the dealership. After we dove our car home, he called/ texted us to make sure everything was good with the car. When our car got towed for the first time (due to parking valuation), we didn't know what to do. We called John for help. He helped us out immediately. JOHN IS THE BEST. We are so happy that we bought the car with him!! In addition, we did the car shopping with our 7 weeks old newborn baby. All the people in the dealership were really baby friendly. They helped me to find empty conference rooms where I could breastfeed my baby. They even put a sign of "DO NOT ENTER" on the door, so I wouldn't have to worry about someone entering while my breastfeed. It has been the best shopping experience for me! Luis my sales person was amazing, he took so much time and effort to go over every aspect of the car even though it was very busy. After making my selection Joe the sales manager made sure I was comfortable with my choice and gave me the best deal. I went to 4 different dealerships and none of them came close to his price. Then to finalize the deal I met Oscar the finance manager who was so friendly and made crunching numbers fun. I left feeling so ecstatic that I brought them my favorite strawberry shortcake bar cake and Chinese bbq roast pork when I picked up my car. To cap it off, all dealerships are not the same, it all comes down to customer service. These guys are 5 stars from start to finish! More

Buying Experience Normally a car buying experience is long and painful but this wasn't the case with Honda Cars of Boston. After going to where I originally Leased my car from Herb Chambers in Burlington and realizing they wouldn't help me out, I took my 2014 Honda Pilot EX there to see if I could get into a New one paying less a month then what I was currently paying. My Sales Person, Mark Caffrey was fantastic, not only did he get me into a new Pilot but was able to get it for less a month then what I was paying and with also no money down. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a car to buy or lease. More

From my initial meeting with Joe Avila, to working with Luis Lopez, to finalizing all the details with Richard Fonzi--they listened to me--they learned what was important to me-- and they steered me to what was most suitable for both my needs AND my wants...the 2016 Honda Fit...which I LOVE! I expected the whole process to be traumatic, difficult, at the very least challenging...it was instead pleasant, smooth, easy--even fun!
