They did all the work , got all the info for the finance group (who were also amazing ) , my insurance co, new paltes ...I drove up with my care as the trade in ..signed a few papers , picked up the new care ...they even return my old plates to the DMV...it was a great experience. I will tell everyone I talk with go see Mark & Alex Outstanding !!! More

Horrible Sales and Service Experiance I have brought 3 different Honda Cars (Civic, CRV and odyssey) in last 10 years from different Honda dealer and never had any issue in the past. When I have brought 3 different Honda Cars (Civic, CRV and odyssey) in last 10 years from different Honda dealer and never had any issue in the past. When I wanted to buy a new Honda Odyssey my dealer did not have the color my wife wanted and I decided to Honda Cars of Boston as they had the color we wanted to buy. Sales Experience: I spoke to the Sales person Issac over the phone and we agreed to a date/time on Friday. I reached at dealer ship 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. It took 5-6 hours afterward at dealership, Issac stayed with me only for 15 - 20 min during this time and kept saying I have lot of other customer today. Finally after 5 hours he came to me that your car is ready but its showing engine warning message. I said it’s a brand new Car how come it has an engine warning. He and his mechanic explained that they will fix this soon and asked me to contact in service. Service Experience: On service Appointment day I took the car in service area @ 9:45 AM Spoke a service person Rick or steve. I told him I will wait in waiting area, I am not sure why but he start telling me in a rude voice it will take whole day. It was 4PM (waited for 6 hours) I went to the desk and wanted to confirm how much more time it will take. He was still rude and said will take FEW MORE HOURS. I came back to waiting lounge, waited 2 more hours and at 6PM he said your car is ready. I took the keys and told him thank you for all the help. I wanted to forget what happened whole day as just one bad day. I opened my car and saw couple of the roof part were not fixed and coming out, want to mention again this was the brand new car. I took the pictures for my records and went back in and told him about my concern he said it will take some time. I waited for one more hour it was 7PM, went to the service area. There were no body there except one person and I asked him I am waiting for the car which is standing there. He said ohh your car is ready, I asked him why nobody came to inform me that my car is ready. He said the person who took your service order left and he has no idea. I took the keys and went back in the car it was not fixed. I asked mechanic which was close to the car, he said this is what it is and he cannot fix more than this. I told him this is a brand new car and you cannot leave it like this, he said you have to come back again. I drove back home and decided not to go back to this dealer ever. More

My Honda Experience I was looking to lease a car for my daughter who just graduated from college and needed a car to get to work. It was my first time leasing a car and C I was looking to lease a car for my daughter who just graduated from college and needed a car to get to work. It was my first time leasing a car and Chad Green was extremely helpful, courteous and informative. I ended up leasing a 2015 Honda Civic for her and we were extremely happy with the deal we concluded. Chad Green and sales manager, Joe Avilla, were great to work with. A month later I went back to see Chad and Joe and leased a 2015 Honda Accord for myself. Once again I was very happy with the service and attention I received. I look forward to working with Chad and Joe in the future. More

Great Experience I bought a 2010 Honda Civic with 49k miles for my daughter's first car. Mark Caffrey the salesperson was exceedingly helpful. Since it was a Saturd I bought a 2010 Honda Civic with 49k miles for my daughter's first car. Mark Caffrey the salesperson was exceedingly helpful. Since it was a Saturday, getting my insurance company to process all the necessary paperwork wasn't exactly smooth. Mark was both incredibly helpful and incredibly patient in moving the process along and was a pleasure to work with. Joe Avilla, the used car sales manager, also deserves a shout out for all the assistance he provided. I highly recommend them. More
