Very Happy! We started a search for a new car not sure of what we wanted, we went to several dealerships and we were not impressed! Then we went to Honda Cars of We started a search for a new car not sure of what we wanted, we went to several dealerships and we were not impressed! Then we went to Honda Cars of Boston and met with John Fitzpatrick. He took the time to explain about the models we were interested in, encouraged us to test drive the models and compare. When we decided on the 2015 CRV he walked us through the options, explained how to use them and made sure we understood the product. I might add that the day we were there it was extremely busy and never once did we feel rushed. John then introduced us to A J Rana in finance who also took the time to explain all the options open to us. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. The day we picked the car up John again went over all the options, made sure we new how everything worked and sent us on our way with "if you have any questions please call me" The next day we received a phone call from John to see how things were going and 1 week later he checked on us again! Now that is service, we would not hesitate to recommend Honda Cars of Boston, and John Fitzpatrick. More

mislead I brought a Honda 2013 a few months ago the bumper was cracked. The sales man told me it would be fixed before I got it. I put my down payment on it. Only to find out the dealer was lying and just wanted a sale. He told me to call him a few days after I took the car home and he will help me. He moved to another state never answered my calls. I brought the car in to see a manager they just brushed me off. Would not recommend this place. More

I was pleased to find Honda Cars of Boston and was very happy with the service I was given not only by the sales person Ataan, but the Finance Manager Oscar. Oscar was the only person in 5 dealerships I visited to take the time to explain to me why I was getting the particular rate I was getting and how to improve my credit standing moving forward. He discussed all my options and how each would impact my monthly payment and down payment. I have a more clear understanding of the process and the finances because of Oscar. More
