Happy Again I just leased my third CRV from this dealership! Before I went to the dealership last week, I called ahead to make an appointment with Alex Avenesau, who assisted me with my last lease, and was happy to learn that he had been promoted to Sales Manager. I made an appointment to meet with Alex the next day and he introduced me to Sau Young. Sau showed me around the lot, I selected my new vehicle, we sat down and negotiated a very good deal and I picked up my new CRV the next day! There was no game playing or smooth sales pitches - I felt respected and appreciated for my loyalty, which is why I will be back there again in three years! More

Upon arrival to the dealership, Amanda Barry was my initial contact. She passed me to Juan who could NOT meet my expectations more than he did. He LISTENED! Not too many Sales Pros actually LISTEN! I needed to contact Juan the next day to inquire about the deal. Here is where Joe Avilla dealt with my phone inquiry due to the absence of Juan. I ALMOST CANCELLED MY DEAL! Joe made me feel like a child, being extremely abrupt, rude, and offensive to my inquiries. Toward the end of the conversation, all I can recall is Joe asking me if I wanted him to" return my vehicle to the front line" and when I asked "what does that mean?" his response was "What do YOU mean?"...In order to keep this review as professional as possible I will just say to the Owners of Honda that this person Joe is a complete and utterly disrespectful representation of your establishment! Everyone deserves to be treated with the upmost respect especially over the phone. We all have questions and have the right to call in and inquire.
