I have been buying cars from Alex, now the sales manager for several years. Back in 2013 purchases 4 cars from Alex all in the matter of two days. Only being with the company for 2 years now, he moved from a sales person to sales manager and treats us like family, I call Alex, tell him what I want to pay, and he does the best he can to match it. On several occasions he even came in less than what I wanted to pay. I have purchases three accords, a civic and a pilot from him. This time I called Alex on Thursday and told him I wanted to pay x amount for a pilot with nothing down and he made it happen. Since Alex is not a salesman anymore he gave us to another salesman, Ataan. Ataan treated us exactly like Alex did prior, like family. Ataan did everything for us and sped up the process very quickly. Ataan was amazing and I will continue to send people to Alex and Ataan. The previous reviews in my opinion aren't true, because everyone at Honda Cars of Boston is great and centered around customer service and satisfaction. To the owners and managers, you have a great staff and you should be very proud of their hard work! More
