I ended up buying with him because he had the lowest price and was very professional and friendly to work with. When I got there Sim Sophath, sales person, helped me finish all the paperwork in less than an hour. Both Alex and Sim was very friendly to work with. This was my best car buying experience ever. John Fitzpatrick was wonderful to work with. When I walked in with my original budget, he didn't take me to cars that were out of my price range. In fact, he was comfortable (provided I was, too) just taking down my information and contacting me when something came in that might be of interest. THEN! When I found a car that I was interested in, but well out of my original price range, I wasn't stonewalled like other dealerships. They were able to help me out on the price quite a bit, and never once did I feel pressured to make the purchase. I put a deposit down that night, and drove away next day!! He was very helpful, professional and friendly, and the transaction went smoothly. In addition, Amanda Barry welcomed me to the dealership. A few days later, she was extremely efficient and helpful in handling a registration glitch on the part of my insurance company. The problem was resolved quickly due to Amanda's intervention. I have purchased several Honda Civics since 1979 and I can honestly say that Honda Cars of Boston was the best purchase experience I ever had.
