He took the time to understand our needs and showed us features which helped us make the right choice. He helped us get a great price and was available throughout the buying process. He took good care of us after we purchased the car as well. He gave us a full tour of the car, customized our settings for us as well as showed us how to change them later if needed. Another thing I loved was this dealership gave us the best initial offer over the internet when I inquired--much better than most of the dozen other dealerships I contacted. There's something respectable about giving a good offer to a customer right off the bat, rather than just saying you'll beat any other offer from another dealership as other places do. If you're buying a Honda anywhere in the metro Boston area, this is the place to do it! More

We thought there would be the usual haggling, however that was not the case. Peter gave us exactly what we were looking for right from the start. We then dealt with the finance guy, Oscar. He was equally as nice to work with and explained the whole process to us. We were so impressed from start to finish and would only go to this dealership from now on!! Visited the dealership and test drove the vehicle, and sat down to discuss the price with Alex. Alex was great, very friendly, not pushy and was a fair guy to work with. Alex then brought over another gentleman named Joseph who may have been the used car director. He was the total opposite of Alex in that he was pushy, rude, and just flat out disrespectful in my opinion in regards to customer service. It was unfortunate that neither one moved on the price at all, but if that is how they conduct business that is not a problem. I did not end up buying the vehicle as it sold the next day when I called to make an offer on it. Alex was certainly a pleasure to work with, however Joseph could of been the piece in the equation to ruin a potential deal. I would consider going back to the dealership to deal with Alex in the future. More
