I applaud Honda Cars of Boston for having "Steve Whelan" as their Service Manager. He not only was aware of my concerns from past issues that he went above and beyond and kept me informed from the Whelan" as their Service Manager. My first experience was two years ago for a lease and it was great. My lease was ending so I naturally wanted to go back for another lease. I went to Honda Car of Boston to purchase my 4th Honda. I have sent my sister, niece and daughter and they all purchased cars at this location. John worked with me to get the best price that I was happy with. I did not feel rushed or pressured into getting the deal over with. I also dealt with the GM, Dean Tally and the sales manager, Ben Crocker and with their team effort they exceeded my expectations and I left there extremely satisfied. Another reason for going to Honda Cars of Boston in Everett, MA is they have a phenomenal service department. I bring my car in and I am out in no time. They will tell me a job should be no more than 1 1/2 hours and I am done in 45 minutes. All of the staff I deal with are always courteous, friendly and make you feel like family. Thanks John!!
