I am more than satisfied with my experience at Honda Cars of Boston. Within 12 hours of signing the paperwork, I had my new Civic all registered, inspected and delivered to my front door! I was in the market for a Subaru Outback since this is the car I was use to for the past 12 years. I needed another car since my Mother totalled her car, and I was giving her mine. I was not ready to spend so much for a new car due to funds. Mr Eric Young gave me information about a used 2008 Subaru Outback with only 8,000 miles basically a new car. I had never brought a used car so was hesitent. He suggested without pressure to just come see the car and test drive it. I went to the dealer saw the car and couldn't believe my eyes. The car had leather seats, a Moonroof which I had always wanted, wood grain dash, 6 CD palyer, and heated mirrors things I could never afford if I were buying it new. Needless to say, I test drove the car and I knew it was mine. Because Mr Young listened to my request and didn't pressure me, but gave me the true facts I would recommend all my friends and family to go to Honda Cars of Boston and ask for Mr Eric young. I have always had a negative view of car sales people, but Mr Young has shown be there are Good People in the business ready to listen and guide you, and not take advantage of you. More

I had the worst experience of my life. I will never be doing business with these people again. The car they sold me was a piece of trash, the car had multiple problems and i was told that everything was o doing business with these people again. Since I purchased the car i have been having problems(air bag indicated as off when I was in motion, engine light on, everyday I had to jumpstart to drive and when I brought it in I was told nothing was wrong with my battery. I brought it in to the honda dealers numerous times but still no solution to the problem. I brought the car back to the dealer where i purchased it and was told I must first purchase a battery in order for them to be able to diganose the problem. So i decided to do a switch for something new to save the headache. Big mistake!! I then had enough and was thinking to switch off my car and lease a newer model, papers were signed but not yet in my possession. The next day i called over to my sale advisor and told him I am no longer interested since i did not get a trade in price. I never had any documents in possesion nor the car when I wanted to cancel the agreement. The agreement i signed states I have the right to cancel at any time as long as I did not take hold of the documents. They refusecd to let me cancel, and I was told that if I was to cancel it will ruin my credit and my car will be reposed which made no sense but not knowing anything I believed him. I was forced to hand over my car. I was treated with disrespect which noone should have to deal with. I am not bashing anyone just looking out for others. I guess i was just an unlucky person screwed over due to the lack of car knowledge. All this happen in a few months time frame More
