McGovern Honda is the best! I started taking my car here for service several years ago, and even though I moved an hour away I still go back to this amazing team. They are open I started taking my car here for service several years ago, and even though I moved an hour away I still go back to this amazing team. They are open and direct with me about what needs to be done and what needs to be monitored for future consideration, and they are extremely accommodating in terms of planning wait times or arranging a ride or loaner car. The only frustration I had the first time was that I took the vehicle to change a light that came burned out from the factory and they did it quickly. I arrived at 10 and my appointment was at 10:30 and at 1 the vehicle to change a light that came burned out from the factory and they did it quickly. I arrived at 10 and my appointment was at 10:30 and at 11 it was ready and Andy tried to tell him that my car was ready and he wouldn't let me talk to him. He treated me very badly. The first time, so as not to continue explaining, the car was delivered to me at 1 pm. Imaginify my frustration. He didn't even give me the receipt paper. I don't know what was wrong with him, but I am a client there and this is the first time this has happened to me. More
