John Fitzpatrick was wonderful to work with. When I walked in with my original budget, he didn't take me to cars that were out of my price range. In fact, he was comfortable (provided I was, too) just taking down my information and contacting me when something came in that might be of interest. THEN! When I found a car that I was interested in, but well out of my original price range, I wasn't stonewalled like other dealerships. They were able to help me out on the price quite a bit, and never once did I feel pressured to make the purchase. I put a deposit down that night, and drove away next day!! An Excellent Buying Experience I came to Honda Cars of Boston in Everett to purchase a specific car I found there on-line. He was very helpful, professional and friendly, and the transaction went smoothly. In addition, Amanda Barry welcomed me to the dealership. A few days later, she was extremely efficient and helpful in handling a registration glitch on the part of my insurance company. The problem was resolved quickly due to Amanda's intervention. I have purchased several Honda Civics since 1979 and I can honestly say that Honda Cars of Boston was the best purchase experience I ever had. BEST Honda Dealership, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alex and Isaac I have purchased two vehicles from them and helped my friend purchase one from them as well. Alex was very professional to help me with my first purchase. After my first 2014 Accord total, I thought about Ford, but I chose Honda Cars of Boston again, just because how friendly they are, and Alex quoted me the greatest price on the market. Alex assigned Isaac for my second time purchase, and Isaac was very nice, and give me a smooth delivery process. And now, I just came there with my friends again for 2015 CR-V, both Alex and Isaac treated us very well, my friend said he would like to deal with them even if them quote him a higher price just because how nice they were, but of course they gave my friend a great deal at last. My credit isn't the best, yet its not the worse either, but these guys pushed and pushed until they got me in a brand new car. My experience with Honda Cars of Boston was GREAT. Now, my sales person Ataan Kurgun was AWESOME.....I told him what I was looking for in a car and he made it his goal to make sure i got everything I wanted in a car and more. He showed how all the features in the car worked, setup my bluetooth and radio stations. I'm thrilled and excited at the same time and its all because of the guys at Honda Cars of Boston!!!
