Our hopes were really set low. We walked in and first person I saw was Ataan. From the moment I sat down at his desk I just knew we were going to be very satisfied. He was just so knowledgeable, smart and funny! He made this experience in leasing a car so fun. He found us the best deal and worked with his coworkers on gettin us a good price. Tears of sadness to tears of joy, John Fitzy is amazing!!!!! I have to truly believe in miracles as I type this I am still trying to comprehend how my life turned upside down to right side up. Due to having been I have to truly believe in miracles as I type this I am still trying to comprehend how my life turned upside down to right side up. Due to having been diagnosed with severe lung and bone disease surgeries and oxygen and spending most of my time in and out of hospitals and specialists appointments and ect. and no longer able to work. My story might be a lil long but I'm hoping to help people believe there are angels on earth as I met face to face John Fitzpatrick aka Fitzy. I live in area with no transportation and closest store is 3 miles away. I had to depend on others for assistance to doctors, shopping and ect, in addition, a severe car accident back in Sept 2015, added more complications to my life and health, at 46 yrs old amazed that myself and family are still alive. Pulled to side of road and had broken down with hazards on and seatbelt, while waiting for AAA, out of nowhere A huge truck doing 70 mph rear-ended my car in which I had to be carried out of covered in broken glass and unable to open doors but alive and greatful, yet in shock we were all ok. Needless to say police arrived and arrested him for drunk driving, unlicensed, uninsured and unregistered, and put in jail only to be let out next day with minor citation, and was able to drive his truck from tow lot, both cars were towed mine completely totaled and he barely scratched his truck. Long story short my insurance agent refused to pay for damages and now not only am I still paying for a car I no longer had lost my freedom and my faith and gratitude declined as i tried to fight through each day, I shut myself off from the world and lived with ptsd and depression. Not liking the fact that I had to ask for help I tried to finance a vehicle only to be denied. as the year passed I met a couple of wonderful helpful woman who unconditionally cared about my well being. Long story short, I went to a dealership with a friend in which I was told I could finance a car 2018 accent for 72 months and 17.% apr being desperate but not stupid refused, his attitude changed and was frustrated as was I and all i needed was co-signer and down payment in which i didn't have. I was told after I got my hopes up that because I was still paying loan on totaled vehicle he couldn't do anything even though I never missed a payment and loan is complete june of 2018. That was Monday February 5, I walked out of there in tears for the fact that I felt it was one thing after another not in my favor needless to say. I got home and told another friend what happened and knowing my history she said thats it, we are going to honda in everett and see what we can do. Trying to explain my credit wasn't that great and noone was going to finance me and not even a chance of leasing. Well as stubborn as she is I finally agreed I was introduced to John on wednesday. She contacted him to explain my situation and he said he would see what he could do. Needless to say after 6 hours of Fitzy and Fonzie working their tails off to get me a vehicle I figured its never gonna happen. John spoke with me and was the most caring, honest, understanding person who reassured me things would be ok. and got me a Lease for 39 mo. on a 2018 HONDA HVR LX with 2 miles from test drive in which I knew this was the one for me. Loaded with cool features but most important SAFETY. Not only that, I didn"t have to put down a penny, have a co-signer and I wouldnt have any interest to pay and this would improve my credit as well. When I was given this info and it was within my budget I hugged him and cried like a baby, not in sadness but with straight confusion and disbelief that he was a real angel on earth and miracle worker. HE truly cared and called me next day and told me if i need anything to call. I have not stopped telling anyone who would listen HE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, %100 PERCENT whether you are leasing or buying this is the only dealership I will ever go to again. SEE DARLY DORNEVAL! I went into the Honda Dealership to test drive a car without expecting to leave with a new one. I had a prior lease with Honda that I loved and wanted to eventually trade it in for a new one. After taking the HRV for a test drive with Darly, I was sold. The car was great, but the experience was far better. I never once felt forced into buying anything. He broke it down easily for me - I could be driving a better car for basically the same price. He even suggested an insurance provider when I made a comment about disliking Progressive. The insurance dealer ended up quoting me a policy that was less than what I was paying before for MUCH better coverage. All around, I got a brand new, MUCH better car and will ultimately be paying about the same I was paying before. Every single person at Honda was AWESOME - from Darly, to finance, to the manager hanging up pictures... everyone was friendly and Darly made the process super simple, he took care of everything, saved me some money and made me feel super special. So excited!!! More
