My buying experience at Honda Cars of Boston was excellent. They were the only dealer in the Boston area that had in inventory the honda accord just how I wanted it, and that's the primary reason w excellent. The sales associate (Keith Dogerty) I was paired with was more like a consultant then a sales guy and in my opinion that attitude made for a great buying experience. I went in there prepared with information and a desire to buy, and they accepted most if not all my terms. My buying decision was also helped by the fact they offered me a higher trading price for my old car then I was expecting. I have not been back to service my car so I cannot comment on the service experience. More

this was by far the best experience i had dealing with a car dealership. this was my second time buying a new car. this time was different i was trading my old honda for a new one which i have never done be car dealership. this was my second time buying a new car. this time was different i was trading my old honda for a new one which i have never done before. i meet with ataan he was great he answered all my question and showed me everything i needed to know about the new car i was getting. He went above and beyong with everything he never promised me anything that he couldnt deliver. i had just a great experience with honda cars of boston that i felt like family from the beginning to the end of the whole buying process. I didnt leave the dealership unsure of anything i need i had made the right decision and there was no "what if's" which means a great deal to me. AJ the financial manager was awesome he explained everything to me in detail and anything i didnt understood he went over it with me and even gave me examples so i can get a better idea of what i was getting. John Fitzpatrick greeted me as I pulled into the yard, showed me a CR-V I was interested and he brought all the facts that I needed and knew them right off the top of his head. I got a very good deal on a CRV and highly recommend this dealership, they have also given me good repair service too never one issue with them, and great communication / customer service skills all.
