Due to a collision my 2010 CRV was considered a total loss and I purchased a 2011 CRV. My salesman for both vehicles was Wendel Viana. Wendel is very knowledgeable and courteous, and on both occasions loss and I purchased a 2011 CRV. My salesman for both vehicles was Wendel Viana. Wendel is very knowledgeable and courteous, and on both occasions my experience was positive rather than a hassle. When completing the transaction, Jared Garfield, Business Manager, inquired as to compensation received from my insurance carrier. The claim had not been settled and I had no idea of what to expect. Jared took the time to consult the NADA Guide and informed me what I should receive and offered suggestions in dealing with the claims adjustor. I found this information to be very helpful. Due to these considerations I will be highly recommending Honda Cars of Boston to others. More
AJ did a great job helping me decide between a certified pre-owned and a lease. He went through the numbers and walked me through several scenarios. As I entered Honda Cars of Boston I was met with a professional, Michael Minichello. He made me feel immediately at ease. We sat and talked about what I needed. No pressure. No hype. After my questions were answered he left briefly to talk with his manager. There was no painful wait and no back and forth to the office. He met my price and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I financed through Honda. Jared was my finance man at Honda Cars of Boston and he was excellent. He got me a great rate and reduced the piles of paperwork to just a few minutes of signatures. My car was ready the next day and it was perfect. Mike made sure I had all my questions answered and handed me the keys. I don't ever remember buying a car so easily. Honda Cars of Boston is the dealership I will buy my next Honda from and I will send anyone interested in purchasing a new Honda to Mike. More

Fitz was awesome. We knew what we wanted walking in (a used CR-V) and he talked it up like any knowledgeable sales person would, but never tried to talk us into something we didn't want. He listed to our needs and what we wanted and was very accommodating. When we had a small problem just after buying he was quick to take care of us. If I had one complaint it would be that Jared Garfield in the business office was not very friendly or accommodating. With Fitzy we felt welcomed. With Jared it seemed much more like he wanted to get our money and get us out the door. More
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my entire experience. Dave the salesperson didn't know anything about the car. I asked if I could test drive the car, and he said "No, I can't find the keys." I asked him what happens when they keys to a brand new car go missing, and he said I don't know. I'm not sure if he expected me to look for them myself, but he told me to sit down at his desk so we could go over some numbers. I decided that I would just leave because I wasn't going to buy a car without test driving it. As I was leaving the dealership, Dean came over and asked why I was leaving. I informed him of the conversation that I just had with his salesperson, and he told me that my expectations were to high and couldn't be met. He further stated that his salesperson did nothing wrong and backs him 100%. It was at that time I left, and went to Bernadi Honda, and bought myself a brand new car. Buy a car, please I wouldn't buy a soda from them. More
