Roberto and Ben took the extra time and effort to make sure my husband and I had Honda Cars of Boston really know how to connect with the customers. Roberto and Ben took the extra time and effort to make sure my husband and I had the best experience. We went into Honda Cars of Boston to get a 20,000 mile check up on our 2008 Honda Civic lease and were able to get into a Hybrid and end our lease early. Rob and Ben were so helpful throughout the process we ended up signing a new lease for a 2010 Honda Insight Hybrid without any complications. I am definitely going to return to Honda Cars of Boston for future inquiries for cars. More

This is the best dealership experience I've ever had. I began my research process via the Internet groups at various dealerships. By far, Rob Giovanucci (Internet group, Honda Cars of Boston) was the most began my research process via the Internet groups at various dealerships. By far, Rob Giovanucci (Internet group, Honda Cars of Boston) was the most knowledgeable of all Internet sales teams I spoke with at other dealerships. By the time I came into Honda Cars of Boston to do a deal, I had already gone to another dealership where they had some trouble understanding how to sell cars. I was very clear with all the dealerships that I wanted to see the lease factors (MSRP, negotiated price, money factor, residual rate, etc) in order to run calculations and make an informed and quick decision. Honda Cars of Boston was the only one that listened to my request, complied and did not play games...and that's why they got the business. Additionally, they work very well together. As soon as the deal was agreed upon, the contract and finance papers were quickly and accurately produced (John Mancini did a great job). The car was delivered the next business day (signed on Saturday, picked up Monday). Accessories were installed correctly and I was given the most thorough car orientation ever (Eric Marcello knows these cars inside and out). This is a customer-centric dealership. My Accord was in for routine service. The service department has been great over the years so I continue to come back. As usual, during my wait I wandered out to the showroom to look around. When I was asked if I could be helped, I said I was interested in speaking with someone regarding leasing a new 2010 Accord sedan; I really liked what I was seeing in the showroom. Joey Mongiello was asked to assist me. He was very thorough, attentive, and congenial. He listened and answered my questions directly without any "pressure" tactics. He was well informed and any answers he may have been in doubt about, he obtained the correct information without any bull. This meant alot to me. When it came to price, the initial quote was a bit more than I expected, so we talked about some alternate models and configurations. The Accord EX Sedan was really what I wanted and anything else was either not to my liking or more than I was willing to spend. Joey negotiated on my behalf with his Sales Manager (Billy?) and because I was a returning customer they were able to allow a better deal. It was irresistible, and as the quote goes, "the rest is history." That afternoon I drove my new 2010 Honda Accord EX home. The atmosphere was very friendly and without pressure. It was always about what was going to please the customer. In retrospect, I recalled my previous experience with Sales and even though I was negotiating with different people, it was the same, "great!" My interface with John Mancini (financials) was also very cordial and he had detailed answers to all the question about my tranaction. Honda Cars of Boston has taken very good care of my automotive needs for three years and has once again proven itself a "leader!" More

I used Honda Cars of Boston for service on my 2000 Insight several years ago. I was always impressed by the staff in the service department. When I decided I wanted a new car, I was pleased to see a Insight several years ago. I was always impressed by the staff in the service department. When I decided I wanted a new car, I was pleased to see a very competitive price come back from HCoB after a multi-dealer inquiry through edmunds.com. I was actually please that I didn't recieve a phonecall solicitation in response to the request, and opted to visit there before my appointments at other dealerships. I was as pleased with the staff in the show room as I was with the service department. I was greeted by a receptionist and a manager, and I only needed to wait a few minutes before Eric Marcello was available to show me around and offer a test drive. Eric was great about showing me the different models and both '09 and '10 cars. I wasn't pressured to increase desired trim, pushed to a specific model year, or opt for a larger or more expensive vehicle. Eric showed me what I asked to see and answered all my questions. He was even happy to search available cars off-site, since I wanted a manual transmission which they didn't have. Throughout the process Eric was great about confirming dates and times, calling me to make sure when one appointment got lost in the end of year crunch. In negotiating trade value, I feel that I was treated fairly, and I like how frank Eric was about state of my trade, how the dealer would need to handle it, and how tight the eprice was for the model I'd selected. He even let me know there was a factory incentive on the older model, which would ahve been valuable if I'd been interested in it. Financing was straightforward, delivery took longer than I would have liked, but I felt well ifnormed along the way. It was a pleasure getting through all the title and registration paperwork quickly and painlessly, with the dealer happy to contact my insurance company directly. More
