I called and got John on the phone. Told him what I was looking for and made and appointment to come in. He was great from the start. I was traveling on buiness in the MA area and my check engine light came on at around 4:30PM. Being 400 miles from home with a number of miles ahead of me, it was urgent that I get the issue addressed imm engine light came on at around 4:30PM. I called the dealership, hoping that I would be able to get my car in for a repair before the shop closed. Eric Marcello was able to arrange for a rental car that evening and had my car prioritized in the next days schedule so that I could make it back home. I appreciated the efforts of the Service Department at Honda Cars of Boston, Everett and would recommend them. They even washed my car which was an unexpected bonus. Above all else, the CR-V that he recommended was the right vehicle for us. They also gave me a VERY FAIR trade value, something I've NEVER gotten at any other dealership. I gave 5's across the board only because 10 wasn't an option. More

I am barely out of my twenties with minimal credit, but have a stable job so despite everything AJ and Dave - the general sales manager as well as Doug the Business Director worked together to approve me a new car with a great deal. I got my insurace reduced by about 33% and in a couple days I was the proud owner of a 2010 Honda Civic. I work in sales also and I have never seen a group of people so understanding and willing to help me to fit my needs as a buyer. I definitely recommend this dealership and hope that people stop by to see the excellent customer service this dealership offers along with great prices! Stop by and ask for AJ! More

I generally hate the new car purchasing process. For this reason I put off replacing our 2000 Honda Odyssey for a long time. When I started to look it seemed like my experience was mirroring my fears. this reason I put off replacing our 2000 Honda Odyssey for a long time. When I started to look it seemed like my experience was mirroring my fears. Most places were playing games and telling me essentially to take or leave their initial offer of MSRP since this is a popular car. Then I visited Honda Boston. Eric Young immediately put me at ease. I felt that he respected that I was trying to get the best deal possible and did not treat it as an adversarial transaction. Based on my research I believe that I got an great deal on the car, and I liked that they had the car I wanted in stock. What impressed me most though was how he and the rest of the staff treated me _after_ the purchase. I felt that they helped me through the financing portion the registry (including a lost title), etc with a minimum of hassle and a focus on customer satisfaction. I am a consultant and and understand what good customer service is versus lip service. In my opinion, these guys delivered. One incident which I thought spoke volumes was this. When they were prepping the car they peeled back the protective backing and found a flaw in the paint from the factory. Eric could easily have made some excuse and had me come back a day later after he had it fixed, but instead he immediately brought it to my attention and let me make the call. Ultimately I opted for a different car and again - there was no hassle though I know it meant that they had to re-do all the paperwork. I will be back when it's time to get my next car. More
Even though I am 30 years old, this was my first time getting a new vehicle. It was also the first time anyone in my family was looking to lease a car. My parents and I met with John and not only did h getting a new vehicle. It was also the first time anyone in my family was looking to lease a car. John is a great person to deal with and he makes you feel like you are his only customer! I guess it is the Somerville roots!!
