We came in with a lot of questions and wanted to be careful about the purchase, especially with a pre-purchase inspection and a few concerns we wanted addressed. They were willing to work with us, put things in writing, and were transparent when we asked for clarification. We also appreciated that they removed an add-on we didn’t want without making it difficult. They gave us a fair trade-in on our Elantra, helped make the overall numbers work, and even went above and beyond by delivering both vehicles to their respective locations free of charge and covering the state inspection. That made the whole process much easier for us. Buying a used car can be stressful, but Will and the team made us feel heard and taken seriously. I had a horn that didn't work. I contacted McGovern, Hyundai, and they set me up with an appointment which was flawless. They gave me an Uber ride home. And while they worked on it I contacted McGovern, Hyundai, and they set me up with an appointment which was flawless. They gave me an Uber ride home. And while they worked on it in a couple of hours, they were done, and they sent another Uber driver to pick me up and get my car high ratings, and they also brought my car into the shop, so I wouldn't have to go out to get it.
