over all the experience was good. the sales team were great as individuals. my only issue was with the policy the dealership has as far as the used cars and not financing with the dea the sales team were great as individuals. my only issue was with the policy the dealership has as far as the used cars and not financing with the dealer. i thought that it was ridiculous that I could fill out all the paper work and also give a deposit of 10K and still be told that because i did not finance through the dealer that they would not put a hold on the car and would still try to sell the car to someone else if they chose to go through the dealer. jus because it would take a couple of days to get my check from the bank for the remaining balance, because the bank needed the P&S and RTA. my feeling was “then go head and sell it then it wasnt meant to be.” just feel like there was no hood faith dealing with me as a customer, felt like the dealership was only interested in the $$ and not the customer experience. Again i want to stress that this was only about the policy that was explained to me…not the individual experience with the workers!! Darcy was great, Stephan was great and Gil was a pleasure to work with. hanks again More
