A startlingly great dealership experience After a lot of negative experiences at other dealerships, we didn't really believe that a car-buying (or leasing) experience could be genuine and low- After a lot of negative experiences at other dealerships, we didn't really believe that a car-buying (or leasing) experience could be genuine and low-pressure. After seeing a great deal online and reading good reviews, we drove far out of our way to go to Rte 2 Hyundai, and we were so pleasantly surprised by what we saw. Everyone there was down-to-earth, kind, straightforward, and enthusiastic without laying on the pressure. They worked with us for hours, staying long past closing, to get us the deals we needed (we leased two cars). There were no gimmicks, no guilt trips, no unpleasant or awkward moments - we spent a lot of time there, but we never felt stressed or pressured. Once we finished up, knowing that we have crazy schedules and that we live over an hour away, they went out of their way to accommodate us in terms of the timeline and even drive all the way our home town to make signing paperwork hassle-free. And they were incredibly pleasant and professional through it all. We're so impressed, and we're definitely going to come back for another vehicle in the future. Thanks so much guys! More
