very satisfying experience when purchasing a new vehicle I was looking for a new car and after doing some online research I decided to visit Rte 2 Hyundai in Leominster and do business with them. The invento I was looking for a new car and after doing some online research I decided to visit Rte 2 Hyundai in Leominster and do business with them. The inventory of available cars I was considering left me plenty to choose from and from my online visit I pretty much knew what I wanted. I visited the dealership and was warmly greeted at the front door by Haley Cartier. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I eventually selected and purchased the vehicle I wanted. I returned the next day and left my trade-in and drove off my new car. Overall it was a very satisfying and stress-free experience and I would highly recommend them. More

Used to love RT 2 until yesterday Let me start off by saying prior to yesterday we LOVED RT 2 and recommended them to people all the time, we wouldve been 3 time repeat customers if we Let me start off by saying prior to yesterday we LOVED RT 2 and recommended them to people all the time, we wouldve been 3 time repeat customers if we made a deal yesterday. We wouldve never seconded guessed them if after our visit it didnt get us deeply thinking about everything and all the numbers they were trying to throw at us. Yesterday my fiance and I went to RT 2 after getting some flyers in the mail about trading in our Tuscan and they NEEDED our Tuscan (apparently not that bad), they could payment swap, and PAY OFF OUR current loan NO MATTER HOW MUCH AWE OWED. We walked in and instantly told the sales person the exact car we were looking for and we didnt want anything else just that specific SUV, well the sales guy instantly tried selling us something else, similar but NOT what we were looking for after we told him we know 100% another dealership had the car we were looking for and ONLY wanted that specific car. So we go and sit down we hand him the flyers we received in the mail about Payment Swap and Paying Off Our Current Loan NO MATTER WHAT WE OWED, the sales guy asks us a few questions and asked what we didnt like about our current car which we told him nothing we love it just wanted something a little bigger and with the payment swap and paying off our current loan now felt like the perfect time to trade it in. THEN he starts talking about roll over xxxx, and I look at him and say "what roll over, your flyer says youll PAY OFF our loan NO MATTER what we owe so there should be NOTHING to roll over" and he tries to catch himself real quick and said "oh no we'll defiantly pay off this loan no questions asked" So where the xxxx does roll over come from. So we let him go run some numbers and what ever else he had to do while we looked around and tamed our 2 kids. He comes back to us and says"how far into the THOUSANDS would you be willing to pay for your new car, my fiance and I look at him and say "NONE what we pay now is the HIGHEST we would go", so he then says again with the roller over xx that they couldnt help us then because the loan would be too high. So they apparently didnt want the sale or my car that bad. The car he was trying to sell us was the LAST 2017 they had and he offered is 8k off the sticker price which was $44k so 8k off would be $36k where the xxxx are you getting THOUSANDS in monthly payments from a $45-$48k loan after all fees? Glad you asked; we looked at our current loan through them which shouldve only been about the same loan $45-48k due to the price of the car when we bought it (which we still have the window sticker), BUT heres the good part, well bad part to us and the absolute deal breaker for EVER going back to RT 2, they were SUPPOSE to pay off our trade when we bought our new car,and we were under the impression they did until yesterday. I pulled out our papers and the xxxxxxxx rolled OUR ENTIRE previous loan into our current one which DOUBLED our current loan, I never wouldve questioned or even looked at that paper work and compared our first loan to our current if yesterday didnt happen. So the reason why our payment wouldve been in the THOUSANDS is because they werent paying off our current loan like their flyer falsely says, the scammers where ROLLING IN INTO a new loan which wouldve TRIPLED the price of the new car. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! Dont ever use them unless you have 1000% proof that your previous loan is NOT rolled into your new one. Yes its our fault for not thoroughly looking over everything and running the numbers in our head prior to signing the papers but I still can probably guarantee what they did was ILLEGAL and we will be contacting a lawyer about it. AND BEFORE ANYONE ASKS OUR LOAN PAPER SAYS THEY WERE PAYING OFF OUR PREVIOUS LOAN WITH NO ROLL OVER IN THE TRADE IN SECTION. Before all this xx we were thoroughly happy and satisfied with RT 2 and liked everyone we worked with. More
