Spoke with Jermaine Phillips over the phone, and liked him from the start, NO hype,NO urgency,and NO bs. My wife commented to me before we got there that she hates car buying, and wanted me to just go bu him from the start, NO hype,NO urgency,and NO bs. My wife commented to me before we got there that she hates car buying, and wanted me to just go buy a car. I told her that Jermaine is laid back, with no pressure, she didn't want any part of it. After 10 minutes with Jermaine, she was enjoying the whole process. We told him what we had for a budget, and what we had for a down payment, and the man comes back with a car that my wife fell in love with.On the test drive she says,"he is trying to get us to spend more money, there is no way this car is in our budget". We sit down at his desk, and the car is exactly where we wanted to be for a payment. No lie, we were done in about an hour!!! I told Jermaine we needed the car tomorrow around 11:30, he said no problem. We show up the next morning and the car is done, ready, and filled with gas. The whole process was too cool. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO BUSINESS WITH JERMAINE PHILLIPS !!! It is nice to know that from now on when I need a car guy, I know a guy, his name is Jermaine. Larry & Phyllis Hatfield More

It drives like a sports car, it has great fuel economy and the features on this car for the price is amazing. The GLS comes loaded. Love the satellite radio and the blue tooth feature that allows for voice activated cell phone calls. Brian set up my Iphone in less than 1 minute. I live 45 minutes away from this dealership but it is the 3rd car I buy here. I have owned Hyundai vehicles since 1999. I have such good luck with them, I would not buy anything else. Very satisfied with Route 2 Hyundai. Thank you Brian! More

I Drove into RT 2 Hyundai with my trade in and drove away with my 2011 Elantra with in 2 hours. The sales staff were friendly and efficient. RT 2 Hyundai didn't insult my intelligence with the usual intimi with my 2011 Elantra with in 2 hours. The sales staff were friendly and efficient. RT 2 Hyundai didn't insult my intelligence with the usual intimidation techniques that I experienced at a majority of the other dealerships. Rt 2 made it worth my while to drive from the No Shore to Leominster and I have recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

We were taken care of promptly when we arrived by Mark Casavant. The sale moved along nicely and we drove out of the dealership within 3 hours of our arrival. Everyone was very courteous. Just picked up my 2011 Sonata - Lovin it. These guys were a pleasure to work with. Anyone looking for a Hyundai should talk to them. Josh Hamel was soooo nice & friendly :) And Justin the Finance Mgr was very nice too. Josh took the time to show me everything on the car, got me new keys and brand new floor mats, etc...
