Bad experience Long story short I got car from the hyundai dealership in leominster as soon as i got home i them notice a scratch on the hood i then call the dealer Long story short I got car from the hyundai dealership in leominster as soon as i got home i them notice a scratch on the hood i then call the dealer and they told me to bring it down and they'll fix it. They bought some touch up paint for it then they buffed it out it was still there and finally they told me that they couldn't do anything about it after they told me they would fix it for me. Mind you it's a 30,000 dollar car I was mad. I try calling the gm for several weeks and left numerous of messages still no response and then finally I reached him the last time I called by then I already wrote a bad review towards the company cause they lie to me and said I was being rude the gm quote on quote because I gave them a bad review. And because of the review the gm said I would not get the free oil change they offered me and he said that they wouldn't ever want to do service with me in the near future cause of the review. Very disappointing never in my life had some one talk to me in a dealership the way the gm did Mikey boccanfuso I would never step foot into your dealership so un professional. More
