We have had many car shopping experiences in our lifetime and this by far was the best. Erica greeted us in the parking lot and we were a bit apprehensive with the car shopping process and the length of time that that this could take us. We were not looking forward to the potential negotiation battle ahead as we were only stopping by to "look" at the 2015 Ford Expedition that they had on the lot. Our visions were absolutely shattered as it started with a phone call between Mike and my wife the day before then a visit with Brendan in the finance office ending with Erica smiling and waving as we drove off in the vehicle of our choice and a payment within our budget. He explained all the details, answered tons of questions with such an easy manner, even stayed beyond his working hours on a Friday night. Darcy sat with us while we discussed what we were looking for in vehicle type, price range and payment, she gave us some options and then showed us the Tuscon and we took it for a test drive, my wife loved it!! Peter in finance made the process very easy for us to purchase. When it is time for vehicle number five, it will be purchased at Route 2 Hyundai in Leominster, MA!!
