First Hyundai purchase The reason for not giving 5 stars is due to my comparison of other vehicles I've bought over the years. Usually after the sale we would be introduced The reason for not giving 5 stars is due to my comparison of other vehicles I've bought over the years. Usually after the sale we would be introduced to the service department personnel, shown where to go for service, etc. this was not done. Also, some mis-information was given and full product knowledge would have been very helpful. I realize our salesman was fairly new there and as such should have been given much more training before taking on customers on his own. However, his personality fit the job well. I would definitely buy from him again. More
