If I could give them zero stars, I would. What happened TODAY with this dealership is absolutely unacceptable. I went to McGovern Hyundai RT 93 because I had always trusted the McGovern G What happened TODAY with this dealership is absolutely unacceptable. I went to McGovern Hyundai RT 93 because I had always trusted the McGovern Group. I had never had a problem with them before. I simply wanted to buy a vehicle as a gift for my daughter, fully confident that they would be responsible and professional. In fact, this same week I purchased a 2025 Toyota Tundra from McGovern Ford, and the very next day they completed the full delivery with no issues at all. That’s why I returned to McGovern: because I trusted them. But what happened TODAY at this RT 93 location was the complete opposite. I bought the Chevy Trax on November 3, 2025, and since that date I received nothing but excuses every time I asked when they would deliver the car. I visited the dealership several times, wasted my time, and every week they gave me a different excuse — to the point that I started thinking the vehicle had mechanical problems, especially because it was supposed to be a car for my daughter. Today I went in person and clearly told them that I NO longer wanted the vehicle, and that I only wanted my money back. I said this directly to Richard Belino (General Manager). Everyone in that dealership fully knew that I no longer wanted the car. While I was waiting for an answer TODAY, Paul Panzini (Sales Manager) came up to me and said: “Congratulations on your car.” I replied: “I don’t want this car.” And he answered: “I don’t care.” That level of disrespect toward a customer is unacceptable. Despite me stating clearly that I did NOT want the vehicle, TODAY they registered the car in my name against my will, trying to force me into accepting something I rejected. The salesperson MD Sultan Sifat called me TODAY, and once again I told him I did NOT want the car. After calling me, he then called my daughter, telling her he was “on the way to my house to drop off the car.” Involving my daughter in this situation is completely inappropriate. Later, between 5 and 6 p.m., the same salesperson, MD Sultan Sifat, left the vehicle without authorization on my property. My neighbor witnessed the moment, and I have Ring camera video clearly showing the salesperson dropping the keys in my mailbox and abandoning the car. On top of that, the vehicle is blocking my parking space, and I have nowhere to park my cars because of this irresponsible and illegal action. I did not sign anything. I did not authorize anything. I did not accept anything. And yet TODAY they decided to abandon a vehicle at my home without permission, trying to force me to accept it. I also sent multiple emails TODAY to the Manager, and no one responded. I have purchased four vehicles from the McGovern Group — a Ford Explorer, two Transit 250 vans, and a Toyota Tundra — and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. This dealership tried to force me to accept a car I rejected, involved my daughter, ignored my emails, avoided my questions for days, left a car on my property without authorization, wasted my time, and demonstrated a level of professional and human disrespect that I have never experienced before. I do NOT recommend this dealership under any circumstances. Be extremely careful. More
