I had a set price range I was willing to go with, and he found me the best deal for the best price, no doubt about it. He brought around a car for me to test drive on the highway, and once I confirmed I'd like it, he showed me around the lot for the color options and also if I had questions about other models. He also worked hard to get my car registered and ready for me to take home, since insurance was giving him a bit of trouble, but he worked through that and delivered in the end. He was friendly, patient, and helpful in showing me all the features of the car when I came to pick it up, and he even helped me pair my bluetooth/phone to the car. I am not sure what is usual practice for a dealer, but I feel he had gone above and beyond and was extremely helpful. More
