I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE in July, and three months later, I still love the car and am still very happy with the service I received from Bernardi Hyundai! When I walked onto the lot in July, I did not intend to purchase a vehichle because I did not think I could not afford to at the time. Sean immediately met me on the lot and helped me decide what kind of vehicle would be best for me. We looked at the Elantras and the Sonatas, and he even allowed me to test drive both vehicles. Sean Foley was very personable and friendly, and he really cared about me being able to get the car that I really wanted. I had a certain price point where I was comfortable, and he worked with the sales manager to help me get there. I was very impressed with how important it was to them that I have a great experience and feel valued as a customer. They took care of everything for me and made the whole process very easy; the whole deal was carried out with honesty and integrity. Whenever someone compliments my car, I rave about Bernardi and how awesome everyone is there. I highly recommend Bernardi Hyundai as a dealership and suggest that noone waste their time going to others. If you want to work with a salesperson who's down-to-earth and who cares about your needs, ask for Sean Foley. More
Everything was top-shelf. We felt like we were the only customers there, although we clearly weren't. Prompt, courteous, cooperative and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. Very impressed. Dave Molnar (Sales Consultant for Bernardi Hyundai) did a great job in answering all of my questions about the vehicle of interest (2012 Elantra) which made my purchase experience enjoyable. Dave Molnar is a great guy and good sales person. I would send him customers anytime he listen to what i was looking for and actually gave me some suggestions which i was very happy with. I was looking for a new Hyundai Elantra. I went to RT44 Hyundai where I purchased my 2 other cars. I was really unhappy with the service I got from them!! A friend suggested Bernadi Hyundai, so I went to B Hyundai where I purchased my 2 other cars. I was really unhappy with the service I got from them!! A friend suggested Bernadi Hyundai, so I went to Bernadi Hyundai and was very happy!! I was met by Marc Steinberg and I told him what I was looking for. He showed me the vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the Elantra and also set-up my blue tooth to the car. He showed me everything in the car and how to use them. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out. He did know all the answers to my questions though!! That was the kind of saleman he was, if he didn't know an answer he would have found it out for you. I also was going for leasing a car rather then buying and Marc explained all the pros and cons to me. I do believe leasing is the best for me!! Marc was professional,knowledgeable and honest!! I would suggest that anyone looking for a new car go to Bernadi Hyundai. I would also suggest that anyone looking for a new car get a hyundai cause I believe that hyundais are the best cars!!! More

Bernardi was my first stop on a lengthy search for a new car, and I think it says a lot that it also ended up being my last stop as well. Dave took so much care and effort, and put in a good deal of his ti car, and I think it says a lot that it also ended up being my last stop as well. Dave took so much care and effort, and put in a good deal of his time working with me to find me the perfect fit, and to get it at the price I needed to be. I went to a handful of other dealerships where I felt neglected or not treated nicely/fairly or that I was just another number to them, and all they cared about was pushing their product. NOT ONCE did I feel that way at Bernardi with Dave. This is now the third vehicle I have purchased over the years and this was, without a doubt, the best experience I could have ever asked for. All the reasons I hate car shopping never occurred with my time with Dave at Bernardi, and I couldn't have left there a happier customer. My mother will be in the need for a vehicle in the somewhat near future, and I know where my first and ONLY stop will be, to see Dave at Bernardi in Brockton!! More

There was no pressure to buy and we felt given what we learned about the cars and the dealersip itself, it was a place we wanted to do business. More
My husband and I went to Bernardi Hyundai to look at the Elantra Touring. It had all the features we were looking for to accommodate our 3 big dogs and desire for a fuel efficient vehicle. When we showed up, the sales person was very friendly and helpful. He took us for a test drive and sat us down to talk purchasing. Before we went to test drive the Touring, we researched any specials that were going on both at the Bernardi dealership and with Hyundai nationwide. When we brought up the financing deal we saw advertised on their website ("1.99% Financing"), the salesman said that he would check with the financial manager and get back to me. When he got back to the table, he told us that although with my good credit I would definitely qualify for the financing, they were only offering the deal for the accent. That was the first time they lied to us. Then, we met directly with the financial manager, Omar, to finalize the sale. When we began to discuss financing, he asked me if I cared which bank we go through and asked if I wanted a 36 month loan at 2.99% or 48 month loan at 3.99%. When I asked again about the 1.99% financing, he teased me that "no bank offers a deal that good." When I told him that I thought the deal was associated with Hyundai itself financing the purchase, he informed me that Hyundai did not have its own financing and that all of their financing came from private banks. This was lie number 2. Instead of just walking away, which is what I should have done, I thought I must have remembered wrong and that the financial manager was being honest, but alas, I foolishly made a purchase. When I got home, I looked at their website and found the deal I saw for the ELANTRA TOURING! I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager, who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I asked for the 36 month loan at the 1.99% deal was only for a 24 month loan. I was so angry that they had lied to us and worse mocked me when I asked about the deal. After 24 hours of back and forth and me calling the attorney general's office, they agreed to void the original deal and give us the 1.99% financing through Hynundai motor finance. A few weeks after the purchase, I received a phone call from Hyundai to report on my experience purchasing an ACCENT. I thought it was a minor error, but then I received paperwork in the mail informing me of the resale value on my ACCENT (including a VIN number for the car) and separate paperwork regarding my ELANTRA resale value. Since I never actually purchased an ACCENT this really freaked me out, so I called the Hyundai Corporation to find out what was going on. They said indeed in their records from the dealership I had purchased an Elantra Touring and then, purchased an Accent 2 days later. When I informed them that I had never even looked at an accent, let alone purchased one they said it was probably a clerical error and that my name and address had accidentally gotten on someone else's bill of sale. On follow-up, I found out that the Accent I supposed purchased is still on Bernardi's lot and was not sold to anyone. I don't know what kind of scams Bernardi Hyundai is trying to pull, but DO NOT trust them. If you are thinking about buying a car from them, do your research and bring paper proof of any deals applying to your purchase. More
