They tried to sell me a car with dry rot tires until I pointed it out. They then swore they completed the remainder of the 128 point inspection for the rest of the car which I doubt if their technicians m pointed it out. They then swore they completed the remainder of the 128 point inspection for the rest of the car which I doubt if their technicians missed very obvious signs of dry rot on the tires which is a safety hazard. They ended up replacing the tires but botched the delivery and made me uber over an hour through rush hour to pick the car up. Now only 3 months after buying the car, it is completely dead. The battery was shot and replacing it has not fixed the car. I’m completely at a loss for words. This is the first time I’ve purchased a preowned vehicle and will never do it again. Also the first and LAST time I will be working with any McGovern dealership. More
