The team is always great. I value my relationships built with the team specially Freddy, Jimmy and Erryn as a whole. I have even tried to work with the service manager who has yet to call me back or reach out which is the stem is issues being communication. I would always recommend this dealer and the team because I respect and value them but accountability toward commutation could improve. I had a very positive experience at McGovern Kia of Norwood. I was looking for a newer used 7 passenger vehicle to add to the family line up. I happened across a Subaru Ascent Onyx Touring edition loca Norwood. I was looking for a newer used 7 passenger vehicle to add to the family line up. I happened across a Subaru Ascent Onyx Touring edition located at this dealer. We called to inquire about it's availability and were told that there was an appointment scheduled but we decided to take the drive....from the area of Salem, NH. We hit accidents which delayed our arrival but we were in regular communication with a rep who was keeping us updated. About an hour in we received a call saying that the car was still available and we were the next appointment. We arrived and were greeted warmly by the team and Randy, who put us into Adriano's care for sales. The car was pulled up, we went for our test ride and the Subaru performed surprisingly well. The team was very helpful throughout the process, the vehicle was as advertised and they were very transparent about the CarFax which reflected a minor accident and the course of repair that was taken. It was repaired by a subaru dealer and I'll tell you it was like it never happened. Randy, Andriano and Danny all stand out as those were the associates we were dealing with the most but everyone was friendly and polite. I'll tell you that we got a good deal between the number on the vehicle and the finance numbers. Delivery happened in a timely manner with Adriano personally delivering the Subaru himself. In short, the car was available, as advertised, drove well, nothing was masked or hidden about damage or it's past, we came to an agreeable price and financing numbers. This was an honest, smooth, pretty timely transaction...and mom rang the bell on the way out! Couldn't have and wouldn't have done it without her and the respect shown to her by the McGovern staff. It didn't go unnoticed. More
