Have previously had amazing experiences with the dealership, and have purchased two vehicles from them so far, but recently had a terrible experience with the service shop, so much so it makes me qu dealership, and have purchased two vehicles from them so far, but recently had a terrible experience with the service shop, so much so it makes me question whether I should purchase future vehicles from here if I need to deal with the service team. Had to bring my vehicle in for a recall and a service appointment and asked a question about my the level of air needed in my tires. James was condescending in response but assured me they’d take a look at it. Upon time for pick up there was a miscommunication by the dealership with the timing of when my vehicle would be ready and James was so incredibly rude, refusing to take ownership and discuss the situation. In the end to get me off the phone he told me to take my vehicle elsewhere next time and then hung up on me. Clearly he was spoken to about how he talked to me, as at pick up I was told there was no charge for the service, but he didn’t apologize either. I will not be coming back if I have to interact with James. They also didn’t fill the back tires after all that :( More

I have been purchasing automobiles longer than most of you reading. This have been alive. I recently purchased a new vehicle at McGovern Kia Of Norwood and had an extraordinary experience. I found my veh you reading. This have been alive. I recently purchased a new vehicle at McGovern Kia Of Norwood and had an extraordinary experience. I found my vehicle of choice on the local Kia inventory and contacted the dealership. Since there are a few of this vehicle type were available, they were happy enough to allow me to place a deposit on the automobile until I could come to the dealership to see it and drive it. Two When I came to the dealership, I first met salesman Brian Farah. Without any high-pressure tactics, he showed me the vehicle and we had a preliminary discussion about pricing at that time. When I decided to purchase this vehicle, I returned to the dealership with Kelley Blue Book information about affair, sales price, and a Carvana estimate of the value of my trade-in. I negotiated with Brian and General Sales Manager, Freddy Pacheco. As the negotiation proceeded, both were non-confrontational, flexible, and ultimately, we reached a very fair deal for both parties. This experience was in stark contrast to the usual situation where a salesman goes to see the sales manager, disappears for what seems to be an infinite period of time, and returns only to present an extraordinarily one-sided deal. Once we cut a deal, General Manager, Jimmy Peluso was very flexible about the down payment terms and Finance Manager, Riley Melo completed the financing without the usual high pressure sales pitch to add aftermarket items to the deal. I left the dealership with the vehicle, having been detailed and made ready for the trip home. All in all, I can’t say enough about the treatment I received at this dealership. If you’re in the market for a Kia, I would highly recommend that you give them a try. You will not be disappointed. More
Not a good experience. They did not order the part needed to repair my vehicle even though I specifically told the person that scheduled my appointment what I needed. They also scheduled me for a drop-off but never asked me and I had planned to wait for other scheduled service. As a result I left the dealership without any service and had to reschedule. More

Listened to me, understood what I was looking for and helped me purchase a car that met my needs a Knowledgeable, funny and not at all high pressure.
