It was good. But I waited longer than expected. My car sat in the back of the building for over an hour to get the rear shocks checked. Had to go get lunch for an But I waited longer than expected. My car sat in the back of the building for over an hour to get the rear shocks checked. Had to go get lunch for another 45 to an hour and sat in the waiting room another 20 to 25 minutes. Then it was ready. Wasn't happy waited 4 and half hours for 2 to 3 hour job. First time this problem happened I took it to Braintree kia and it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours included oil change. Erryn was good but i was very frustrated with my car just sitting in the back of the building which they could of checked the struts out while it was up on the lift getting the oilchange!!! Might have to go back to Braintree because I'm having problems at this place where I first bought the car and for servicing,scheduling and wait time. I don't know. More
