Pleased with purchase I Hadn't planned on buying a car that day, but they made it easier then what I ad experienced in the past, when buying a car. I would have preferred a less time consuming experience, I was at the dealership for almost 4 hours. :( My salesperson (Kyle) was new and I was his first sale, he did a very good job and I realized at the beginning the process would be a little drawn out, but he made it pleasant. Very nice young man and went out of his way to answer my questions; I think he'll be a great asset to the dealership. More

He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process- he was able to close the deal! Cheryl spent significant time going over the entire car w me, 'giving me the tour'! She really knows the cars! Not a pushy sales rep at all! I would highly recommend Cheryl as well as Patrick , in fact, tell them I sent you!!!! The reason I rated them four stars instead five is because I spent an afternoon at the dealership the prior day and couldn't get the price I wanted. As their best price guarantee says, they will meet or beat the lowest price and after doing some research they did! More
