My Money, My way! I prefer to do all my dealings online, and from the comfort of my house which I was allowed to do with Kevin Hebert at Ocean Subaru. I actually had another Salesman from a Subaru Dealership in Rhode Island tell me "he does not deal vi email" Fine with me, I will go elsewhere and find a dealer that is happy to work the way I prefer to deal. Kevin Hebert replied to my emails in a timely manner and we completed the transaction(s) in a way my wife and I were happy with. We drove nearly 2.5 hours to pick up my 2016 Outback (Limited, fully loaded), well worth the drive. Fairly certain I got a great price as 1 MA dealer would not even match it. We also bought a 2016 Forester (Touring) and they drove it half way to us (would have driven it all the way) We had some doubts with the registering process as we needed to register both vehicles in Maryland, and they assured us we would have zero issues registering both vehicles, and they were right. Was too easy....except the MD MVA agent wanted a certain wording on the bill of sale,stating each vehicle was paid in full...quick call to Kevin and he faxed the required paperwork within 5 minutes....And we walked out with 2 fully registered MD vehicles. When it comes down to it.....they completed the transaction from start to finish, they way we wanted to complete it, which says a lot, and we truly appreciated. Upgraded to a newer Subaru I traded my old Subaru Legacy in for a newer Impreza. The staff members were all extremely helpful and friendly.
