They called me immediately when it became available. It was a little further to travel for me, but well worth it. The service was great from the moment I walked in. They were very busy, but managed to keep everyone engaged and comfortable while we waited. There was no pressure, no hassle, and it felt easy. I went back for inspection this week and they were quick and very nice. I have no misgivings about this deal, which is not usually the case when I purchase a vehicle. I might suggest some type of snack food be available, because they are extremely busy on weekends and just coffee doesn't quite do it. All in all, a good experience. More

The first time I went to check the oil I noticed the hood did not fit properly and it made a noise when I pushed on the corner of it. To make a long story short it has been there three times for the same and other issues and every time the service manager "Roger" tells me there is nothing he can do about any of the concerns I have had with the car. I've opened a claim with Subaru of America now and I am still pursuing it. This guy knows so little about the cars when I asked how to put the remote started in service mode he told me to disconnect the battery, The remote starter comes with a card explaining how but I could not find where they put it at first. Wouldn't bring him a roller skate to fix, terrible. More

Not only did they do my free oil change, they topped off fluids, checked my tire pressure and filled, set my car's calendar, checked on a non-problem of a random piece of plastic I had found which turned out not to belong to my car, and *!Washed My Car!*, without my having asked, all for FREE! Plus they have a very hospitable, relaxing waiting area. And after a whole year since my purchase, I'm still in love with my wonderful 2015 Venetian Red Forester! More

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person. I had gone to other dealerships and the sales people didn't seem very interested in assisting me. They never offered even a test drive. At Ocean Subaru, Jessica immediately greeted me, sat down with me to discuss what I was interested in and got me into a car to test drive. She followed up with me through emails and phone calls and was very respectful even when I told her I was still looking around. After going to other dealerships and encountering sales people who didn't seem at all interested in my potential business, I went right back to Jessica. The final discussion about price was relatively painless and made the decision to buy my new car at Ocean Subaru an easy one to make. More
Great experience! I had been to a Subaru dealership closer to me and had decided on what vehicle I wanted. I didn't love the experience I had with them when browsing and they didn't have the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted, so I went home and browsed other dealership pages looking for the model and color I wanted. Ocean Subaru had the vehicle in the color I wanted listed on their site. It was after hours and there was a button to get the "e price" on the webpage, so I clicked it assuming I'd have to fill out a form and get hounded by sales calls the next day. Surprisingly, a price was emailed back to me immediately (I assume a form email) so the next day I called the dealership and spoke with John who explained the vehicle was still in transit and I was welcome to come down and discuss the vehicle and take a similar one for a test drive. I did, and left my deposit. When the vehicle arrived John called as soon as it was on the lot to discuss pickup and delivery. My schedule was packed, so I told him I'd need to get back to him in the morning. The next morning I called and asked if it would be possible to pick up later that morning and it wasn't a problem. When I arrived the vehicle was ready to go. It was a completely painless process thanks to the friendly and knowledgable staff! Would definitely recommend! More
