Relatively smooth to work with - both sales and financing. Overall it was a smooth process. I thought the deal was fair, especially for the model, and price. Very friendly place to buy a car! I purchased a used Subaru Outback from North Hampton Ocean Subaru over Labor Day weekend. Tyler Hibbard was the salesman. He was great! The GM Steve Girtatos was also great. He made me feel like he truly appreciated my business. It did take a couple visits to the dealership but we were eventually able to get all the pieces together and make a deal. I am very happy with my experience. As a bonus Patric Smith in the finance department was able to get me a much better rate than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend paying these guys a visit if you are shopping for a car. Ocean Subaru, in particular Cheryl Pierro (sales), helped us to accomplish this in a non-stress manner. One car in the family had been totaled and another was in need of major repair work. I needed assistance in deciding to fix my car or buy another one. The service manager (wish I could remember his name) took the time to walk me through a decision making process. I thank him! Cheryl was a true professional but yet was able to make it a stress free transaction. The only reason I didn't rate Ocean Subaru five stars is because we still had to do the "talk to the manger" thing. Please give sales people the authority to make decisions on their own! I know this happens with all dealerships but that doesn't mean I have to like it. That said, even the "talk to the manger" thing went smoothly. The service department has a new manager and is great. I'd recommend everyone ask for Cheryl Pierro when in the market for a car. Cheryl is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Thank you Ocean Subaru!! More

Ocean Subaru was recommended to us by good friends, as was the sales person, Cheryl Pierro. Once Patrick heard of the recommendation, he turned the sale over to Cheryl. They both were very helpful in determining what extras we needed to add to equip our new car to make it perfect for us. We feel we got the right car at the right price.
