However when he showed up at the dealership after a long drive, there was some confusion about the price I paid for my vehicle, and he also couldn't agree on a price for a Legacy (he changed his mind about getting an outback). The manager of the dealership, Mark, reached out to me the next day and clarified that confusion was an honest mistake. Over the next couple of days, they exchanged emails with each other and agreed on a good price for a custom order Legacy. Original review from 2/15/2015 I had used TrueCar to get a quote for a Subaru Outback 2015. Ocean Subaru provided the best quote, and Rick reached out again in short order. I had to customize the car and got an updated quote from Rick in short order. Decided to take my trade-in for an assessment, and after some negotiation walked out with what I considered a fair trade, and ordered a Subaru with Eyesight. The wait time quoted was 8-12 weeks. Even though it took 13 weeks to get the car, the overall experience with the dealership had been great, including picking up and paying for the car last weekend. Definitely recommend Ocean Subaru if you want the best price and want a hassle-free transaction. More

After several conversations with dealers, I selected Ocean despite the fact that they were a full hour (and a few dealerships) away from my home because the conversation that I had with Joseph over the phone was relaxed, informative, and the price was reasonable from the start. Once I decided to move forward with Ocean, it was extremely simple. The process couldn't have been any easier for me and the transaction was all as transparent as could be. I dealt with Joseph, the Sales Manager to secure the deal and and Patrick, a sales associate after purchase; they were both awesome. My negotiation process was very brief and very simple. The price was great, the trade-in value fair, and the car...awesome. If you are in the Market for a Subaru, you can't beat Ocean. Thanks guys! More

They kept in touch as necessary and helped through the horrible holiday season shipping schedule, and was overall an awesome experience for a first time car buyer. Only thing I recommend as a customer is that to make deliveries at night extremely thorough as driving home at night can be dangerous if you don't have a thorough introduction to the simplest aspects of the vehicle.
