I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback sport, my overall experience was decent. Max was terrible at communicating and following through after the sale. I waited over 3 hours for my car to be ready after being told that it was done hours before, and nobody had an answer for me. Overall I wouldn’t recommend shopping for a car here. That being said I got the car so I have to at least give 2 stars. Additionally, they will pressure you to give five stars, Max nearly took my phone clicking 5 stars. They know that they need the good reviews as they continue to deliver poor service. More
