I was looking at Subarus online and McGovern had one I was interested in. There was a link that said Check Availability and Price. The email i got back did not mention availability of the car or its pr was interested in. There was a link that said Check Availability and Price. The email i got back did not mention availability of the car or its price. So I drove to the dealership, and after about half an hour I learned that they didn't actually have that car. I suppose this is par for the course. In the end it worked out because Max showed me a car I liked better and I bought that one. Online McGovern was offering an extra $500 on trades-ins. They did not add that amount to the value of my trade-in until I asked for it, however. My salesman Max was great: smart, knowledgeable and kind. And he was very patient explaining operation of my new car's complex accessories. More
