Friendliest dealership I have ever dealt with Bought a Forester one year ago from them. Came with my wife asking for an Outback, they gave us a key, we did a test drive, didn't like it. Were going Bought a Forester one year ago from them. Came with my wife asking for an Outback, they gave us a key, we did a test drive, didn't like it. Were going to leave, but decided to give Forester a try (there was no pressure, it was our decision). Liked it very much, Erik has helped to choose options (wasn't too pushy, just answered our questions we had asked), and submitted an order. It took a couple of months to get the requested configuration, but the wait was worth it and Erik kept us up-to-date during the entire wait period. A year later, we have had 2 service appointments with Village Subaru, they made it on time, as promised. Overall, we were pleased with both sales and service with this company. They will have our business as long as they remain as courteous and professional as they are now. More

If you voluntarily came to this dealership, after reading their yelp reviews then you probably deserved to get plowed by Village Subaru. I mean look at their Google reviews, 3 years ago? only 9 reviews in that time span? Well I wont' hold back any punches whatsoever considering the treatment I received and the condescending attitude of the salesmen (if you can call them "men") and the managers of this hole. Let me put it this way, this dealership encompasses ever single negative stereotype you can imagine in regards to buying a car. You can TRY and negotiate, it wont get you anywhere, you can try to have a fair assessment of your trade in, no dice. Could you believe that even with an excellent trade in vehicle with less than 15K miles, they told me that it would go straight to auction? It was a Subaru! So they wont even try and sell the car on their lot? that why I got an insulting value for my car? I have been around for a while and have seen pretty bad place, but in regards to nepotism and cronyism, this place takes the cake. The sales "person" was but a little messenger between his manager and myself. It was just the attitude as well, like if they didn;t even want to sell me a car. Maybe I didn't fit the little old lady demographic that they are used to. After all it looked a morgue in there and it smelled of cigarettes and cheap cologne. Do yourselves a favor and skip the headache, you will thank me. Unless of course you are a mindless sheep and don't care about being ripped off. With so many dealers vying for a chance to help, this dealership is only trying to take advantage, which is why I will say to anyone interested in getting a Subaru, to stay far far away from this place. Pro's: None Con's: Awful, awful sales representatives and managers, no car selection, overpriced, no wiggle room for any type of incentive, people who don't know the difference between a 2015 and a 2014. Ugh I could go on and on. After leaving here I felt like i need to get the slime off of me. TERRIBLE!! More

Wonderful experience! We bought a 2014 Outback from Village Subaru at Acton today. We had a really pleasant experience. We had asked for a quote through www.carsdirect.com We bought a 2014 Outback from Village Subaru at Acton today. We had a really pleasant experience. We had asked for a quote through www.carsdirect.com and they had called us back with a quote within five minutes. The price seemed very reasonable, and we made an appointment to visit the dealership the next day. They had sent us a detailed quote, including all the fees and taxes, so we knew exactly what our out-the-door price would be. We worked with Eric, he showed us the car in the color that we wanted and arranged for a very reasonable price for our trade in. Absolutely no haggling for the price, they charges us exactly what they had quoted. Chris walked us through financing, and we drove out of their parking lot in less than two hours in our new Subaru. They also got us an awesome service plan. Everyone was so pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I would go back there for my next Subaru, and also recommend them to all my friends. More

purchased a 2013 subaru legacy a month ago. Jim Hines was the salesperson. He was excellent. He was low-key, respectful and not in a hurry. The purchase price of the new car was not in question. Bethany June the salesperson. He was excellent. He was low-key, respectful and not in a hurry. The purchase price of the new car was not in question. Bethany Juneau quoted me a fair price over the internet. She was a joy to deal with. Trade- in negotiations are never pleasant. I was low- balled at first, but Jim negotiated in good faith. In the end, the trade- in was increased and we came to an agreement. The deck is really stacked against the consumer in the trade- in process. This is the second Subaru that I purchased from village subaru. I returned there because I had a great buying and service experience with my 2007. Recently, I had an odd rattle coming from the front when I depressed the brake pedal on the 2013. The service department discovered that the ac lines/ hoses were rattling against the firewall...fixed. Rather than dismiss my concern, the service department took it seriously. I have always been given great service there. I highly recommend this dealership. Seek out Jim Hines and get an Internet quote from Bethany Juneau. You won't be disappointed. great dealership! More
I recently purchased a new Subaru Legacy from Anthony Romano at Village Subaru in Acton. Generally, I loathe the car buying experience but Anthony and all the other staff at Village made it an enjoyable Romano at Village Subaru in Acton. Generally, I loathe the car buying experience but Anthony and all the other staff at Village made it an enjoyable experience. Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no haggling, which is really what I dislike about car buying, and we were quickly able to agree on a deal that all were happy with. On top of that, I needed a tight turnaround due to my commuting needs and Anthony went out of his way on a holiday shortened week to meet my needs. I cant say enough positive things about him. More
