While in for regular service, David Tung informed me I was due for a Serp belt change, transmission fluid change, and differential service. Since the flat tire I took in for repair could not be fixed, I was due for a Serp belt change, transmission fluid change, and differential service. Since the flat tire I took in for repair could not be fixed, I had to purchase a new tire & I decided to also rotate and balance all tires plus an oil change and lube. When Dave showed me the estimate for this work, I was stunned! In the 17 years I've owned my RAV4, I never had to spend that much money for service. The rest of the story.... ..My car would not be completed until the next day, but Dave was kind enough to let me take a loaner, so I drove home in a 2026 Camry! Next day Dave called me and said my car was ready. I drove down and returned the Camry and drove my car home. I couldn't believe how great the car handled plus all the pep it had. It reminded me of the first day I bought it and drove it home! So I had to pay a lot of dough, but it was well worth it. Toyota service people know what they're talking about! It's a great dealership with warm, friendly people, quiet waiting areas and the best coffee machine! I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. More
