After my car had an unexpected water leak, my brakes had failed. I still don’t know exactly how it happened, but it’s not a lack of investigation. The service provider took a part my car to look for the cau failed. I still don’t know exactly how it happened, but it’s not a lack of investigation. The check engine light in our Volvo wouldn't go off . so we called McGovern. Although we didn't buy the car from them they were able to schedule us on short notice as we had planned a trip in the near f so we called McGovern. Although we didn't buy the car from them they were able to schedule us on short notice as we had planned a trip in the near future. The problem proved to be difficult to resolve as it involved several sensors, parts and a subtle fault in a wire but they persevered and identified the problems. They ordered the part had it shipped priority and repaired everything for next day pick up. We are appreciative of the staff's courtesy. expertise and professionalism and intend to be a loyal customer to McGovern and Volvo in the future. More

Great customer experience- scheduled service had been confirmed many times as friendly reminders. My car was checked in on time and scheduled services completed on time. I was welcomed by Marcie at the s confirmed many times as friendly reminders. My car was checked in on time and scheduled services completed on time. I was welcomed by Marcie at the service department. She walked to the car and took note of crucial information on the car (I.e. current mileage among other things) to accurately describe the work to perform by service technicians. Marcie kept me up to date on the progress as the car was being serviced. Great customer service!!! More
