It was very easy to talk and deal with her. There was not a lot of wasted time. She helped us find the perfect car that we’re looking for. Andy, was the billing agent who helped us with our paperwork. He was very professional and clear about everything. He didn’t let us feel obligated to sign or choose something that we’re comfortable with. Our overall experience with McGrath Downtown was excellent! WARNING! They bring same to Acura brand. Excessive prep dealer's fee added to the price of the car (in my case1295.00). Internet price is a scam! This is only to get you to their door. After you are there dealer's fee added to the price of the car (in my case1295.00). Internet price is a scam! This is only to get you to their door. After you are there and try to make a deal, they will add ridicules high dealer hidden fee for vacuum and washing your car to the price of the car (The other person heard that this fee is for “fancy show room and free coffee”) . Fee what is already included in the price of the car and which is reimbursed by manufacturer to the dealer. You don't have to pay it again. They even didn't buy the full tank of gas for 1295 only half a tank. This was a joke! All this time assuring you that all is good and dandy. Nothing to worry about. Please before you sign the contract ask them to remove this excessive fee!!! This is scam! You don't have to pay it! Very bad experience overall. Car is great !!! More

I tried to get my 3rd Acura RDX. Even though this was my 2nd car from the same dealer. It turns out that the 2021 Acura RDX runs mostly through my phone via Apple CarPlay, which would not be obvious from a 2nd car from the same dealer. It turns out that the 2021 Acura RDX runs mostly through my phone via Apple CarPlay, which would not be obvious from any test drive, because who plugs in their iphone to see that the car works through your phone. Worst of all they knew a limit and I get a “Failed To Import All. Only The First xxxx Contacts were imported” Who wants that FAILURE notice every time you plug it in and who knows how many contacts are cut off. In my opinion my car should not be a clumsy extension cord to my Iphone that switches on and off by itself. They had yet to go over how the car works and it’s been over 3 weeks of frustrating back-and-forth that could have been resolved in the first few hours. I now have three pages of issues not yet addressed. Despite failure of management, I eventually went strait to the service guy who worked it out with me immediately. We walked in to do our paperwork first while they were bringing the car around and we got the car and all IMMEDIATELY found the limit with Iphone which runs much of the car. I promptly asked to reverse the transaction, and also the next day, and ever since. Eventually I accepted THEIR terms to undo their deal and I PAY THEM! BUT WHEN I AGREED THEY REFUSED THEIR OWN DEAL. I tried to unwind or buy back my 2016 but they sold it rather than work out the problem. There is not enough time to put BAD ON TOP OF BAD. What happened to customer loyalty? AND THEN REFUSING THEIR OWN DEAL will stand up as a warning. How will they treat me with service for the next 6 years? I repeatedly asked if I could just go back to using their waiting “Zen room” but they clearly need that time of their own. I have yet to hear back from them. Bad Carma. More
