My experience at McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago was awesome. I was initially working with another local dealer (Rizza) on a 2023 Acura RDX A-Spec Advance, and I thought I was getting a good deal at th awesome. I was initially working with another local dealer (Rizza) on a 2023 Acura RDX A-Spec Advance, and I thought I was getting a good deal at the other dealer. But then I saw that McGrath had the same vehicle on their lot. I reached out, and I am glad that I did. Natalia Pineda was phenomenal to deal with, and within minutes she was able to confirm that she could beat the other dealer, and she did so by a lot. She did such a great job. DO NOT GO HERE! False Advertising.The manager Nea lied to me to waste my time and get me to come in! But they would not honor the values. More

If it ain't broke, they might break it for you in order to charge $$$ for replacement parts - it happened to us when we took ours in for routine maintenance - declined all their add ons that they 'found' to charge $$$ for replacement parts - it happened to us when we took ours in for routine maintenance - declined all their add ons that they 'found' and the car stalled out in the driveway of the neighborhood shopI took it to! Shady. Reported them to ACURA USA, stating that it is ironic that their Brand's very reliability is starving their dealers of easy money - so they resort to FRAUD like this, damaging the Brand! ACURA HQ should stamp this out publicly, McGrath would be a great place to start, and I suggested as much at the Auto Show in Detroit. More
