I've reached out to them multiple times with no response before the reply they sent here. I sent them my phone # and email privately and have yet to receive a response. We got our car back two days ago after having a hitch installed, we were told it would be a oem hitch like it came from the factory. We were lied to again they did not install a electrical hook up on the hitch ( which all oem hitches come with). They hitch is basically useless for towing without the hookup for the brake lights. All in all this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer.
