Mr Leys, Yes I had thought that everythingw as cleared up after talking with Luigi and given the Holidays I have waited long enough to realize that it was all lip service. They duped me on the key and now I am out $300 to get a new key. Well that is water under the bridge now and I realize the mistake I made was to trust this dealership as I did that they would make it right. I will be updating my review advising any possible customers to be weary of dealing with them. I will also plan on writing the BBB to voice my complaint there. Yes I know there is nothing I can do, but if I can possible get one or more customers to think twice before getting lied to or taken at their lot then I feel I have done the right thing. Guess it is true once the sale is done car dealser truly do not care. Wow that is customer service.

Mr. Leys, Here is the comments I had typed up this morning but since Mr Bockwinkle has emailed me back and is looking into it I am not going to post these just yet. Thanks I am updating my review. Sure everything I said below is what felt at the time. What I did not have in the review. When we got there they were missing a key for the lexus. When I ask for the price to be reduce to compentsate for me to have to get a key made. The salesman told me they could not do that, but they had anoth lexus that he could get me that key and I could reprogram it. Not thinking it would be an issue, my wife and I told him to not do anthing to get him in trouble. Several minutes later he found a key. He told us he had not done that, but the battery was dead and we needed to get it replaced. At this time I thought well everything was on the up and up. After we got home I replaced the battery and it still did not work. I thought well maybe it needed to be programed again thinking the battery was dead for a period of time. I went to the local lexus dealer to get the key programed after several attempts it failed. They then informed me the key went to an ES which is what they had on the lot. To get a replacement key it would be $300. I contacted James and he transfered me to Luigi, he said they had both keys but he would verify and at the time I was thinking the keys just got mixed up. Still giving the benifit of doubt. I never heard from him for several days. I contacted the owner and then I get a call back letting me know they would be sending me the other key. Well 3 weeks later never heard back. I even gave time for the Holidays, but guess customer service after the sale is just expecting to much. Anyway be weary of everything unless you have it all in writing before you leave at this place.
