Just had my Acura TL 2010 taken in for service for an oil change. I had a 9 am appointment with Service Advisor Jon Aguilar. Sometime in the last week of March my Acura MDX 2016 broke down 24 hours after a routine oil service at Advantage Acura of Naperville. Had the vehicle towed to Mcgrath Acura of Westmont and the vehicle broke down 24 hours after a routine oil service at Advantage Acura of Naperville. Had the vehicle towed to Mcgrath Acura of Westmont and the vehicle ended up with a repair estimate of $6000.00 24 HOURS AFTER AN OIL CHANGE AT ADVANTAGE ACURA OF NAPERVILLE. The diagnosis was the three catalytic convertors, oxygen sensor and damaged right front struts. Brandon Debuono answered my call gave a loaner just around closing time. Two weeks later I picked up the vehicle during which time he kept me abreast of all the goings on while it was being worked on. Thank you, Brandon, for your excellent service. More
Jon Aguilar took care of me when I had my Acura MDX brakes serviced last month. He was awesome from the start to the completion of the brake service.
