To preface my comments I will say McGrath Acura of Westmont has a very smooth, integrated sales and closing process--everyone had a role and everyone we had contact with delivered--professionally and Westmont has a very smooth, integrated sales and closing process--everyone had a role and everyone we had contact with delivered--professionally and pleasantly. I was looking for a low mileage 2012 Acura TL with the Tech Package. My initial contact with McGrath Acura of Westmont was via the internet on a Sunday afternoon. They had 2 vehicles that fit my specifications based on my online search of their inventory and with some assistance from someone (Maia) on their chat service; which worked just fine. I requested some additional information about both cars and provided contact information. Promptly Monday morning I got a call from Marcella (internet sales) with answers to my questions and a handoff to Leslie Kuzniar. She confirmed both cars were still available and we arranged to see the cars mid-day. Leslie did a fine job fielding all of the questions regarding the cars (warranty, tire wear, etc.), letting us test drive both vehicles, and essentially staying with us through the remainder of the transaction process (valuing our trade-in, price negotiation, closing). She is a fairly new sales person and was clearly getting some guidance/training/assistance from the team at McGrath. For us, it worked out just fine. Angel Rivera, sales, handled the price negotiations---fair, reasonable and pleasant. John Kotsonis, Pre-Owned Manager, made of a point of introducing himself, making us comfortable with the dealership, and making a personal connection---nice man and professional. Once we agreed to pricing we moved along to the paperwork, handled amicably by Dean Wareh, Finance Manager. He is a long-term, up-from-the-ranks employee who clearly is a great representative of McGrath's commitment to customers; also has a nice sense of self and humor. Completing the team approach to completing the transaction-- Henry Rose, Sales and Leasing Consultant. Henry artfully and professionally walked us through all the basics (plus) of operating the myriad of systems on the car plus linked our cellphones. Again, very nice man and fine representative of the dealership. Obviously, I have a very positive assessment of McGrath Acura in Westmont. If you are in the market for a new or used Acura I would encourage any readers of this review to give thought to purchasing from these folk. Paul Stewart is a gentleman with a plethora of knowledge about Acura vehicles. There was no pressure at this dealer and they made me feel right at home.
