I initially brought my 2010 TL for servicing. While waiting,my brother and I looked around the showroom. Everybody acknowledged us,but there was something about Beth Markgraf's personality that was in waiting,my brother and I looked around the showroom. We began talking,I told her about my love for my 2010 TL,she persuaded me to test drive the 2013 TL. Still not convinced,Nick entered the picture. After conversing with him about my options,and the fact my lease would expire in approximately 2 weeks,I signed the papers. Our experience is most definitely one of those that demonstrate "the salesperson that went above and beyond"! After having a very negative experience at Muller Acura in Woodfield, my husband decided to demonstrate "the salesperson that went above and beyond"! After having a very negative experience at Muller Acura in Woodfield, my husband decided to go to McGrath Acura in Westmont. Because I was annoyed at the wasted hour at the previous dealer I called and spoke with John Vestuto. I wasn't very nice and told him please if you can't help don't waste our time (it even sounds awful in writing-sorry John). He assured he could help. HE ABSOLUTELY DID! We are proud owners of a pre-certified Acura ILX... Few important points; Dealers do not have the same salespeople. The same model we looked at first dealership was more expensive and had more miles. At Westmont we purchased 2013 pre-certified, ILX with 12k miles, $1000 less and financed through Acura with a better interest rate. Not only did John make the buying experience better, he was polite and forthright...but the financing dept. Manager, Nick Kabro, was just as professional and pleasant. And Kevin demonstrating all the new gadgets.... Thank you Thank John and we will always have you in mind when we buy cars as well as recommending you to our family and friends! Murad conducted as an informing and educating sales man unlike many I have encountered in the past with other car dealers around metropolit reasons. He listened to our specific needs and recommended accordingly without pushing to sell what he had in his lot. He was quite cordial and patient to show us several RDX cars equipped with different accessories and their respective prices. This presentation enabled us to decide our choice on valid grounds. Despite a continuous rainfall he took us for an extended test drive and explained the points pertaining to car. He was well informed about several technical aspects of RDX Vs MDX also. The sales manager, Keith and the financial guy were also very polite and conducted in a dignified manner. I will therefore certainly recommend my friends/relatives to approach Murad if they were serious about an Acura. I wish him all the best in his job. More

My wife and I have been considering purchasing a Hybrid car and came to McGrath Acura of Westmont after having test driven the vehicle elsewhere. Murad was the one who led us through the process of tradin car and came to McGrath Acura of Westmont after having test driven the vehicle elsewhere. Murad was the one who led us through the process of trading in our 2004 Acura TL for a great price to offset the cost of a new 2013 Acura ILX Hybrid, the last one on the lot. The deal was completed within two hours and we drove away very satisfied with the professionalism we had encountered. I returned to the dealership a few days later to get floor mats and trunk carrier installed. Once again it was Murad who was more than gracious to me in getting everything right! Years ago we purchased a 2006 Acura TL from the same dealer which is one of the reasons we returned again this year.
