Seen Mercedes cls 500 priced at a great price on line around 8 pm, so I emailed in thinking I would get a response in the morning. Then first thing that morning Tom Sinno gave me a call to discuss in detail. Drove 4 ½ hours the following day and was welcomed with great customer service. But the best experience was with the finance manager Nick Kabro. He didn’t hold any punches and gave only facts pertaining to the deal. I came down there Financed by BOA and he called to get me an even better interest rate and made sure the deal was a win for both parties.
